"I have purchased many items in the past from Discount Furniture Warehouse of Hilton Head and found them to be a pleasure to deal with. I took their service for granted as I was always pleased with their courtesy, prices and the merchandise I received. However, the manufacturer of the most recent item I purchased did a very poor job that was far below my expectations as well as the expectations of the people at Discount Furniture. It was an expensive piece of furniture and I was very upset. MJ and Kim assured me that they would handle the situation and in the end I would be very happy as indeed I was. They arranged for the piece to be remade and stood by me all the way. Many retailers are just fine to deal with but DFW is exceptional. Their primary goal is to make the customer happy in every way possible and I would suggest to anyone looking for furniture that this is the place to go."
